Prince Jam is the eight year old heir to the throne of the Kingdom of Saccarin in "The Royal Racer" episode. Pops builds a mini-formula 1 car for him for the Baby Grand Prix. But an evil minister named Offendem plans on usurping the throne; he wants the incompetent Prince Sugarin as his puppet! But since Spridle is nearly a double for Prince Jam, the plot is foiled in this homage to Twain's The Prince and the Pauper.
